I Own Two Civics. It Happened to Me Too.
I have a 2007 and a 2011 Civic. On both, the drip molding started peeling. I tried everything:
- ❌ I tried other flex. moulding and didn’t quite get the fit and fell.
- ❌ Double-sided tape (lasted two weeks)
- ❌ Urethane adhesive (made a mess, failed again)
I got fed up. And since I couldn’t find anyone selling the right part, I decided to design it myself.

What’s Included
✅ Main Moldings
Left and Right 3′ foot sections to be cut to angle at top part of moulding & bottom trim.
✅ Pre-cut Spacers
Left and right 3 ea. – 4″spacers for main mouldings
All finished and glued together!
✅ Additional Materials
Tube of waterproof silicone. (Best results when used from a caulk gun.)
Blade for possible final adjustment.
Alcohol or some type of solvent to clean.

No. Takes about 15-20 minutes. The video guides you step by step. Watch it completely before starting.
Do I need special tools?
All you need is a tube of waterproof silicone and a knife for final adjustimets if needed. Optional: alcohol or some type of solvent to clean.
Does it work on the Si?
Yes, if it’s a sedan. The profile is identical.
How long does it last?
EPDM rubber compressed at .80. It’s pretty durable. Had it in one of my hondas for over 1-1/2 years and steel looks good.
